Job Description
PG Diploma in plastic Engineering from CIPET or Related Certification related to Production, especially plastic technologies with 5 to 8 years minimum experience in HDPE pipes.Advantage of Candidates with Experience in structural wall pipe.\xc3\x98 Ensuring that an QHSE management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the latest versions of the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001\xc3\x98 Monitoring QA/QC activities\xc3\x98 Controlling ,monitoring ,implementing QA/QC Procedures\xc3\x98 Maintaining all measuring equipment calibrations records\xc3\x98 Incoming inspection and online inspections of the production.\xc3\x98 Conducting testing as per inspection test plan and maintain the records.\xc3\x98 Preparing technical Submittals to the project.\xc3\x98 QHSE policy awareness.\xc3\x98 The implications of non-conforming with the QHSE management system requirements.\xc3\x98 Identify and analyse non-conformities and results of internal audits and report to the management for review.\xc3\x98 Monitor the implementation and functioning of the QHSE management system on a day-to-day basis\xc3\x98 Establish and maintain a QHSE certification and accreditation program
