Review Tender documents to ensure identification and comprehension of Quality requirements.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Responsible for QC related matters of bought out items Participate in Kick Off meetings, Pre-inspection meeting to convey inspection and test requirement as per project specification Review Supplier Quality ITP, Procedures, Special Process Personnel Qualifications, FAT Procedures, etc. based on criticality rating and manage approval with Client Review and approve TPI CV before deploying at supplier\'s facility to ensure competency of the inspection personnel. Liaise with Project/ Sourcing for the timely inspection at supplier\'s facility Interface with Client for Supplier Quality Inspections Manage Veolia specific Quality tools and provide updates on the tool regularly Regular inspection visits to site based on ITP intervention Witness inspection/testing at local suppliers ITP Coordinate with supplier for the timely closure of NC if any raised during work execution Responsibility for ensuring that Inspection Release Notes (IRN) are issued in a timely manner (as applicable). Ensure supplier NCR are captured and records are maintained Review of Supplier Quality Dossier Prepare and issue QA/QC Monthly Summary Report to Suez as per the agreed template Skills and Duties Extensive experience in prioritizing and organizing work activities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within set deadlines and timelines Sound knowledge of QC functions to perform cost control processes and make appropriate business decisions for multiple assigned projectsExperience RequiredMinimum 12 years of experience Fundamental understanding of at least one engineering discipline: Mechanical, Chemical, Instrument, Electrical Broad knowledge of all engineering disciplines Proven track record in project engineeringQualificationsMechanical Engineering.Additional InformationAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
