Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
quality control procedures
for bakery production.
Monitor the
shelf life and stability
of bakery products, ensuring optimal freshness.
Conduct
inspections, testing, and audits
to maintain quality standards.
Work closely with the production team to
improve product consistency
and reduce defects.
Investigate and resolve
quality issues, customer complaints, and production discrepancies
.
Train and supervise quality control staff on
best practices in food safety and hygiene
.
Collaborate with R&D to
test new formulations and improve product durability
.
Keep detailed records and prepare
quality assurance reports
for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality control
within the bakery or food industry.
