Audit quality control plans for construction projects, collaborating with project managers, and engineers, to ensure alignment with project specifications.
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensuring activity at the site is as per the approved method statement.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract scope and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Review quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations.
Prepare a method statement for project BOQ. (Methodology)
Create hold points for works checklists.
ISO 9002/4002, LEED knowledge is recommended.
Job Requirements:
+7 years of experience in the quality control and construction industry is a must.
Bachelors degree in civil/Arch engineering, Construction Manager, or a related field.
Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) & CAD.
