Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - (Web, Mobile and Chat Apps) - Ecommerce - Retail and Travel Industry Experience

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and chat applications. We are primarily catering to trading and travel sectors. You will work closely with development teams using React Native, React.js, Node.js, and Java technologies. Your role will involve designing and executing test plans, developing manual and automated test scripts, and continuously improving our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and chat applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.

Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution.

Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance the QA process.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the QA process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on web, mobile, and chat applications.

Strong experience with React Native, React.js, Node.js, and Java technologies.

Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ecommerce or similar high-transaction environments.

Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
