Job Summary:



We are seeking a

Quality and Safety Officer

to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in patient safety and risk management. The role involves monitoring quality indicators, conducting audits, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within our medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement quality and patient safety policies in alignment with national and international healthcare standards. Monitor compliance with

DOH, JCI, and other accreditation requirements

through regular audits and inspections. Investigate patient safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Lead risk management initiatives to prevent adverse events and ensure patient and staff safety. Provide training and awareness programs on infection control, incident reporting, and quality improvement. Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Prepare reports on quality performance, safety incidents, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and maintain legal and contract register Liason with other stakeholders such as infection control, clinicians, heads of department to ensure compliance with local regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field

(Master's preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety.

Certification in

CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)

or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of

DOH regulations, JCI accreditation standards, and risk management principles.

Experience in

incident reporting, root cause analysis, and performance improvement methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and engage healthcare teams in quality and safety initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
