Are you a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision in construction projects? Imperium Group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Manage tender invitations, maintain tender logs, and collaborate with team members on project scope and shop drawings.
• Estimation and Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, prepare accurate estimations, and analyze tenders, liaising with clients and contractors for clarifications.
• Vendor Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and prices, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Financial Management: Develop internal cost budgets, oversee adherence to budgets, and provide backup documentation for all project-related transactions.
• Contractual Compliance: Facilitate contract discussions, draft agreements with clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all projects, including contracts and financial data, for internal review and external compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
• 7 to10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
