Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to make senior level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
• Familiar with the General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports for MEP OR civil works in oil and gas projects .
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets and financial constraints.
• Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Analyze and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Conduct cost analysis and cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented and approved.
• Prepare regular reports on project financial status, including forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying. Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP and civil works within the oil and gas industry .
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, techniques, and practices.
• Proven experience in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.

Pay: AED17,000.00 per month
