• Lead critical site inspection activities, issue Site Observation Report (SOR), Non-Compliance Report (NCR), review and validate Work Inspection Request (WIR), Shop drawings (SD), Material Inspection Request (MIR), Material Approval Request (MAR), Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
• Monitor compliance to project procedures for mock-up inspections, test by 3rd party laboratories, calibrations for equipment & plant by all project participants.
• Monitor non-compliances to contract/specifications, prepare tracking sheets, dash boards, various online reports for Management Information System (MIS) and decision making.
• Oversee the review material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor to ensure the quality requirements set on the project is met.
• Conduct periodic inspections and QA/QC site walks and visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure necessary QC measures are implemented.
