Lead critical site inspection activities, issue Site Observation Report (SOR), Non-Compliance Report (NCR), review and validate Work Inspection Request (WIR), Shop drawings (SD), Material Inspection Request (MIR), Material Approval Request (MAR), Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
Monitor compliance to project procedures for mock-up inspections, test by 3rd party laboratories, calibrations for equipment & plant by all project participants.
Monitor non-compliances to contract/specifications, prepare tracking sheets, dash boards, various online reports for Management Information System (MIS) and decision making.
Oversee the review material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor to ensure the quality requirements set on the project is met.
Conduct periodic inspections and QA/QC site walks and visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure necessary QC measures are implemented.
