Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through the development and execution of software testing plans with 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using TestNG, Python, and other tools
• Perform manual testing when necessary
• Collaborate with software engineers to analyze system requirements and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct performance testing to ensure software reliability
• Review and analyze code to identify defects
• Participate in the design and development of test cases
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, organizational protocols, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
