Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, a deep understanding of backend development, and experience in designing scalable systems. You will work on building and optimizing complex applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain : Build robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Python.
• Design Architecture : Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement system architecture.
• Integrations : Work on APIs and third-party integrations to enhance functionality.
• Debug and Optimize : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance improvements.
• Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth.
• Collaboration : Work closely with DevOps, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Documentation : Prepare technical documentation for the developed solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest or UnitTest.
• Exposure to big data processing tools like Apache Spark or Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
