Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Property Consultant at Marisan Properties in Dubai. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, communicating effectively with them, delivering excellent customer service, and utilizing your strong sales skills in the real estate industry. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting property market research, advising clients on property investments, negotiating deals, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Strong consulting skills, effective communication, and exceptional customer service

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry

Knowledge of local property markets and regulations

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
