- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing value for both buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated on market trends, real estate developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively network with industry professionals, affluent individuals, and property developers to expand the client base and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the real estate transaction, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to luxury real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
