Position: REAL ESTATE AGENT
MBC Real Estate LLC - specializing in Buying, Selling, Leasing and Renting properties all across UAE, is looking for a Real Estate Agent with hands-on experience in UAE\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate to join and grow with the team. The candidate has to be Result-oriented, Self-Motivated, and a team player with Quick-thinking and decision-making skills.
Main Responsibilities: * Generate new Leads via phone calls, emails and face-to-face interaction. Ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base. A minimum of 30 connected calls per day is required unless in the case of atleast one fresh meeting for the day.

- Identify and evaluate properties that meet clients\' criteria, including conducting property viewings and inspections.
- To ensure company monthly set targets are met. Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
- Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines.
- To deal with people over phone, emails and face-to-face in a professional manner.
- Manage all aspects of a managed property, its residents and any associated person/content in a positive and productive manner.
- To assist the Owner/leasing team in renting and finding a suitable Tenant for the property at the earliest.
- Conduct property pre-inspections, moving-in inspections/handovers, bi-annually inspections and moving-out inspections/handovers in a timely and professional manner.
