- An excellent commission structure: 50% to 70%.
- 75% GUARANTEED COMMISSION IN FIRST MONTH OF JOINING (NO TARGETS).
- A commission advance facility/scheme (loan from company).
- Mobile allowance (on draw basis).
- Paid Holiday Package and Annual Plane ticket.
- Health/Medical Insurance.
- RERA Broker ID renewal fees.

- An active RERA Broker ID or a Broker Certificate
- At least 1 year Dubai real estate experience
- Own car and UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
