Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their property needs and budget. Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations. Develop marketing strategies, create listings, and coordinate property viewings. Assist clients with negotiations, legal documents, and ensure compliance with regulations. Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support. Collaborate with professionals involved in property transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector (off-plan, secondary, Sale/ Leasing, commercial, and property management). Knowledge of Dubai property laws and market trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms.

Must have a Valid Dubai driving license

Salary and Benefits:

Salary

: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 per month (based on experience), plus attractive commission structure.
