Position: Senior Property Consultant

Location: Dubai Head Office

As a Senior Property Consultant at PHOREE, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the world of real estate investments. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:

• Client Advisory : Provide expert investment advice to our valued clients, assisting them in making informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction in our services.
• Investment Strategy Implementation : Translate your financial acumen into actionable investment strategies that drive success.
• High-Net-Worth Client Service : Serve as a dedicated advisor to our high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Wealth Management Mastery : Develop a deep understanding of wealth management processes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in this specialized field.
• Client Prospecting : Identify and convert high-net-worth investors into satisfied clients, expanding our network of discerning investors.
• Professional Networking : Build a robust professional network within the high-net-worth community, further enhancing your expertise and influence.

Compensation

To be eligible, candidates must have successfully closed transactions with an average gross commission of at least AED 50,000 each month in the last 12 months to qualify for base compensation otherwise, this is a commission-based role, and we have high criteria to hire the best agents.

Desired Skills & Expertise

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Real Estate Investment Experience : A minimum of two years' experience in Real Estate Investment advisory or a related field, showcasing your expertise.
• Client Relationship Success : Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
• Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated individuals with a career-oriented mindset and boundless enthusiasm for their work.
• Communication Prowess : Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English, with a clear and concise accent.
• Pressure Handling : Ability to thrive under pressure in the fiercely competitive real estate environment.
• Professional Demeanor : Punctual, courteous, and presentable, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Educational Background : A university degree is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
