Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations, along with a proven track record in sales and customer service. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential clients and leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct property viewings, showcase listings, and negotiate offers to achieve successful transactions.
Assist clients in determining their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to facilitate transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and print media.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all transactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:

-Holding a valid RERA license is mandatory.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
-Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
-Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and real estate CRM software.
-UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
-Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
