Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Property Advisor at Elite Merit Real Estate LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Property Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the real estate industry, specifically in property advisory or sales
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and online property portals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid UAE Driver's license
• Immediately available
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
