Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Real estate Developers in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, networking, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets, arrange property viewings, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Having excellent real estate network ( brokers and investors )
Proven experience in relationship management or sales
Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Customer-focused mindset
Goal-oriented and proactive
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Dubai Real estate: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
