A R K Real Estate Broker LLC is Urgently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Real Estate Broker to join our team and work as full time in our company.

We will conduct an interview on 25th and 26th July 2024 for those who will be qualified.

Qualifications:

• 2years experience in Dubai real estate is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
• Self-motivated, confident, persevering
• Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven

:

• Mediate the dealings between Sellers/Developers and Buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information.
• Lists property by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance salability; coordinating with appraisers to set a selling price; closing a contract.
• Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; writing a contract.
• Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
• Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
• Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
• Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies of UAE
