A R K Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Real Estate Broker to join our team and work as full time in our company. Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
- Self-motivated, confident, persevering
- Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven
- Experience in real estate is advantageous
- Nationality: Algerian

- Managerial, Administrative, Marketing support
- Mediate the dealings between Sellers/Developers and Buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information.
- Lists property by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance salability; coordinating with appraisers to set a selling price; closing a contract.
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Closes sales by understanding buyers\' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; writing a contract.
- Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
- Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies of UAE
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
- Arabic/French (Required)
