As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties in one of the world's most dynamic and sought-after real estate markets.
Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, financial requirements and continuous support to clients
• Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and property availability to provide clients with accurate, legal changes and valuable details
• Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcome for clients and the organization
• Documentation: Prepare and review real estate documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and contracts, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, after sales assitance
• Networking : Expand your network within the real estate community to source potential leads and building networks with industry fellows
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process with a whole hearted effort
Qualifications:
• Experience : Minimum of 6 Months- 1 Year of experience as a real estate agent in UAE
• Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of |UAE real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property types.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate/meet for effectively and close deals successfully.
