The Role:

As a Senior Property Consultant at BlackHills Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing and growing our portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, building relationships, negotiating deals, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. You'll work with a supportive team and have the opportunity to take your career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Conduct property valuations, inspections, and appraisals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, buyers, and sellers Negotiate and facilitate property transactions from start to finish. Build and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Keep up to date with local market conditions and real estate laws. Contribute to the team's success by achieving personal and company sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a property consulting role, with a strong track record in sales and customer service. Knowledge of local property markets and trends. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales and business development capabilities. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
