Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert consultation to clients on buying, selling, or renting high-value properties. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients and investors. Act as a market leader by staying updated on real estate trends, laws, and developments in Abu Dhabi. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and innovative marketing strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes. Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing industry knowledge and best practices. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Prepare and deliver in-depth market reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in real estate consultancy, with a proven track record of high-value transactions. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and legal regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members. Professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual proficiency (especially in English and Arabic). Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms. Certification in real estate (e.g., Broker license) is an advantage.
