Your Day-to-Day:
Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.
Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiation and contract signing.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 1-year experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with global clientele.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for real estate.
A driving license is nice to have but not required.
