The Role
We are a High-End- luxury Boutique Real Estate Brokerage Firm and are seeking an experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties in the region. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as providing guidance and assistance throughout the transaction process. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, and to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate business. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Property Advisor in the Dubai market, with a focus on off-plan and secondary properties o Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction o Strong understanding of market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements in the UAE real estate industry o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships o Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and marketing tools to manage listings and client communications o Valid UAE driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings o Professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
