Senior Project Manager IT Strategy and Governance Sr. Specialist Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or related major. Experience: 20+ years of overall experience. 15+ years in Project Management with UAE Corporate and Government organizations. Skills & Certifications: Strong bilingual communication (Arabic/English). Strong stakeholder and executive management skills. Expertise in tendering processes within UAE federal environments. Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall and Agile). PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certification. Strong experience in people change management, system integration, and governance. Job Responsibilities: Develop and oversee IT governance strategies for FTA projects. Ensure proper project governance and dependency management across departments and vendors. Oversee integration with external UAE government entities and related systems. Facilitate and manage tendering processes in line with UAE federal policies. Coordinate and follow up on targeted campaigns to drive Corporate Tax awareness and registration. Manage the project constraints of scope, time, and cost under tight deadlines. Prepare detailed strategy plans and project roadmaps. Ensure full compliance with FTA policies, processes, and UAE labor laws.
