DescriptionDelivered High Rise Towers over 25 Storeys in the Middle East for Main Contractors ?This means understanding Asian Labor & self delivery on site, strong technical awareness on formwork & climbing systemsClear strength in forward planning and driving productionHow many floors a week have you been able to achieve safely without dropping the qualityYou will have a clear track record as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager. Able to run a Project as a No1 taking full responsibility of the project. Quality, safety, program, cost , delivery, design and engineering . Can you think on your feet, problem solve and build trust and a meaningful relationship with the Developer.Responsible for this project as No1 reporting into the UAE Country Manager
- High Rise Commercial Tower just off SZR in Dubai
- Final negotiation stage
- Build Cost dependent upon final design from 720-910 Million AED in Value
- You will have delivered High Rise Towers in the Gulf
- South African Passport Holder
- Degree Educated
- Clear strength within Main Contractors on Building projects such as Shopping Malls (Retail), Mixed Use, 5* Hotels & Tourism
- You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project. You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to complete this race for our client!
- Able to start employment before the 1st of November LATEST
- Minimum 5 Year Commitment to Dubai
