- Organize and plan construction and site facilities to meet deadlines and optimize workflow

- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials as per project requirements
- Provide necessary data for variation orders and site instructionsRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering best practices
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with Dubai construction regulations, NOC processes, and local authority requirements
