We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team for a prestigious mega project in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-profile project from conception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and resolve challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in managing mega projects, preferably in the GCC region.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction best practices and local regulations.
