Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Projects Manager to join our team. Responsible for the overall management and direction of multiple construction projects. This role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure successful completion. The Senior Project Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They also play a key role in risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with safety regulations. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and strategy development with the project team, consultant and client.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Oversee and provide guidance on projects to junior Development Managers and QA/QC Engineers.
• Maintain close contact with client, consultant and contractor to facilitate project activities. Represent the company in project weekly meetings and attend strategy meetings.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess the quality of construction activities.
• Identify and manage project risks and ensure that mitigation plans are developed and implemented. Investigate serious delays and implement corrective measures.
• Handle Resource Management. Coordinate with office to procure PC/PS supplies and materials to complete the project.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management / head of department.
• Train junior development managers and QA/QC staff on quality control procedures and correct sequence of work
• Collaborate with senior management for the identification and implementation of best practices and continuous improvement opportunities, value engineering.
• Conduct project close-out activities, including final inspections, testing and commissioning, guarantee and warranties and project handover

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in ONLY construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. o Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
