Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and will provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Update schedules regularly and report any changes or delays to senior management.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and snag lists.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is on track and within budget.
• Coordinate resources, including materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and best practices on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
