As a Senior Project Manager at Noyan Property ,you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Your strategic leadership will drive project success and contribute to the company's reputation as a leader in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operations teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in property development, with a minimum of 8 years in senior roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory requirements in Dubai.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
