Senior Project Manager - Interior Design Fit-Out Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Interior Design Fit-Out Location: Dubai Company Overview: Sadaf Interior Design and Decor is a premier interior design and fit-out company known for transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments. Our projects range from high-end residential to cutting-edge commercial spaces. : Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee interior design fit-out projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Supervise the execution of interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project).
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
