As a Senior Project Manager at HALO, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You must have a driving license to apply for this role. Ideally you should be able to speak Hindi but fluency in English is most important. Responsibilities: 1. Design Team Collaboration and Oversight: \xef\x82\xb7 Act as the primary liaison between the project team and the design team to ensure project objectives align with design intent. \xef\x82\xb7 Review and analyze design drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with all requirements and regulatory standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to resolve design issues and ensure a seamless transition from design to execution. 2. Drawing and Specification Review: \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct thorough reviews of architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential conflicts, discrepancies, or areas requiring clarification. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify that all designs meet the specified quality standards and are practical for implementation within the projected budget and timeline. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with designers to adjust or modify drawings as needed to address on-site challenges or client feedback. 3. Quantity Surveying and Material Procurement Review: \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the measurement and quantification of materials based on project drawings and specifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring that purchases align with project budgets and schedules. \xef\x82\xb7 Review and approve material samples and specifications submitted by suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements. 4. Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Risk Management: \xef\x82\xb7 Implement strict quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is performed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards affecting the project, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact, preparing contingency plans to ensure project resilience. 5. Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage detailed project budgets, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders to track project expenditures against forecasts. \xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising on quality. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor project financial performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures to manage and control project costs effectively. 6. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements.
• Able to work well within a team based environment.
• Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling.
• IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, Working knowledge of Autocad.
• UAE Driving licence
