The Role
Tier 1 International Project Management & Main Contracting business. 60 Years delivering high end Technology, Clean Room & Data Center Projects. Senior Project Manager / Project Director that has a track record delivering Data Projects for US Tech Clients. You will be able to add value at all stages of the project life cycle from taking it out the ground to testing & commissioning stages and final handover. Client o 60 Years International Trading Delivering World Class Projects across Buildings & Civil Engineering Sectors o Cash Rich & Strong Financial Position o Strong History in the United Arab Emirates on landmark projects The Project o 750 Million AED In Value ( Circa 150 Million ) for the 1st Phase of 3 Phases o Bespoke form of contract for client o Based on the Dubai & Abu Dhabi Border (35 Minutes from Dubai Marina ) o Major IT & Tech Provider Do you have experience of leading teams , driving collaboration on site and building meaningful client relationships? We want someone that understands the trials and tribulations of delivering a Major Tech / Data Project. You will of walked this path and have past experiences and lessons learnt on Data Projects.
Requirements
Successful applications will have: o Clear experience as a No1 Delivering Mega Watt Data Center Projects o Degree Educated o 10-15 Years Post Graduate o A solid career history having worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor or PMC o You understand that the project is programmed for a 6 day working week o Able to relocate and start before the 1st of September 2024 Absolute latest It will be clear from how you introduce yourself that you have operated at this level and can add value to our client.
