Eligibility: 1. 20+ Years of experience. 2. 15+ Years in Project Management Experience working on Corporate and Government organizations in UAE. 3. Strong bilingual (Arabic / English) communication skills and experience in communication with internal and external government and private organizations. 4. UAE Corporate Tax Knowledge. 5. Strong experience in people change management and awareness campaigns. 6. Strong experience in integration with external entities. 7. Strong presentation skills. 8. Strong experience in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, Processes and Procedures. 10. Strong team management and building skills. 11. Manage the project constraints of Scope, Time and Cost. 12. Work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines. 13. Strong Executive stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s management. 14. Strong Experience in tendering process in UAE federal environment. 15. Project Management certification like PMP, Scrum, Prince 2, etc. 16. Comply with FTA internal and external policies processes, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Manage the project\xe2\x80\x99s scope, time, cost, resources, quality, issues and risks.- Plan, negotiate and allocate the required resources, track their efforts and timesheets and motivate the project team to achieve deadlines.
- Communicate timely project\xe2\x80\x99s status to top management through project steering committees and review meetings.
- Apply the project change management tools and techniques to manage the changes in scope, time and cost.
- Utilize the offshore / onshore model to deliver the overall solution.
- Manage the rollout of the solution to different locations (if applicable).
- Comply with FTA internal and external policies processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate, follow-up and communicate (Arabic / English) with external Licenses Bodies including entities Department of Economic Developments / Free zones in order to integrate between the systems and facilitate the registration and compliance
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up with Taxpayer services for the targeted awareness campaigns to target Very large and Large Taxpayers to register and comply with Corporate Tax obligations.
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up with Government Communication department for the targeted awareness campaigns to target DEDs Taxpayers to register and comply with Corporate Tax obligations.
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up with related FTA stakeholders to engage registration service providers like Tasheel, Amer, etc in order to facilitate registration through different channels and boost registration.
- Plan and execute the vendor selection process for Corporate Tax purchase requirements including RFP development, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, final awarding and contracting. Manage & monitor the vendor during the project execution.
- Prepare, track and update the Roadmap / Plan for Boosting Corporate Tax Registration.
