Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage our civil infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and other related developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience in the UAE and be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple projects, overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
• Attend and coordinate regular site meetings, ensuring that projects align with client expectations and timelines.
• Monitor progress and ensure all work complies with project specifications, legal requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Review and assess project designs, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized.
• Resolve any design or development challenges promptly, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Ensure sustainability and environmental factors are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Lead project meetings to update clients and internal teams on progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Perform quality control checks on all work, materials, and deliverables.
• Report regularly to senior management on project milestones, status updates, and any deviations from the plan.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and timeline, and meet all set goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in roads and infrastructure within the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of local construction laws, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
