Key roles and responsibilities:

Monitors contractor performance pertaining to schedule and conformance to plans and specifications. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients. Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

The candidate must possess expertise/experience in the following domains:

Proven leadership capability. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction related technical/business field 15+ years of related construction phase experience is required, with 5+ years of related project management experience on related projects Incumbent should have a broad, general technical and business background. Professional registration may also be required. Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project. Should be involved when required in the designs on the project. Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with well- ordered and logical sequence; Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications. Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach; You will be a forward-thinking individual ready to change the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the team on how we can manage and deliver our projects. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be well utilised and your ability to develop internal and external working relationships is essential.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
