Our New Venture NJD CONTRACTING is looking for SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Civil Engineer Degree Holder) for New Luxury Villa Construction Project in Dubai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ability to take responsibility and execute a project from start to handover
- Coordination with multiple suppliers and team members.
- Monitor the whole project
- To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented
- To meet consultants, contractors and vendors to discuss the site progress
- Report direct to the CEO and client about the site progress , sub-contractor, vendors status and Manpower schedule daily basis.
- To prepare progress report of the assigned site and submit to the management on daily basis
- To discuss the shop drawings with the consultants and contractors, take approvals and ensure that the works are done at the site strictly as per the approved drawings
- To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites
- To ensure that the materials at site are stored properly protecting them from possible damages
- To ensure that the remaining materials at site are sent back to the company store
- To ensure timely submission of progress invoices / payment certificate / collection.
- Must have an eye for detail and should be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Must have degree of civil Engineer
- Must be an Active DM/ DEWA Approved CIVIL Engineer with a valid SOE certification.
- Must have completed a minimum of 5 Luxury Residential Villa Construction Projects in Dubai.
- Must have knowledge about authorities standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM & DMCC etc.)
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Should have minimum 5 yrs. experience in site execution
- Should have Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Valid UAE Driving License
