Job Summary:
ArchDesignConcept is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in project management and design to oversee the successful execution of our architectural and engineering consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience working with a consultancy, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency in modern project management tools like ClickUp. This role requires ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining project timelines, and managing contractors, while reporting directly to the management with detailed progress updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight and Coordination:

• Monitor all site safety and legal requirements for projects to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Review and evaluate project proposals and detailed plans.
• Identify project phases and elements, coordinating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Schedule and oversee engineering tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Manage a team of contractors to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Regulate policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for all projects.

Client Success and Reporting:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and satisfaction levels are high.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management on project progress, financials, and key performance areas.
• Identify and address any client concerns promptly to maintain trust and ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Contribution:

• Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend strategic actions.
• Develop and review drawings used in design and construction to ensure technical accuracy.
• Continuously seek process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Ensure the effective use of modern project management systems, such as ClickUp, for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a consultancy in the UAE.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CAD software and ability to create and analyze design drawings.
• Project Design and Analysis: Proficient in project design, requirement analysis, and process improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving project challenges.
• Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp or equivalent platforms.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of contractors and engineers.
• Client Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure client success and maintain positive relationships.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UAE safety and legal project requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities, both written and verbal.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
