A seasoned professional who leads and oversees the entire lifecycle of application development projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans and establish timelines and resource allocations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and technology.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure developed applications meet quality standards and functional requirements through rigorous testing and quality control processes.
• Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting all defined objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex application development projects.
• Language: Fluency in English is a must. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of application development technologies and trends.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges and risks.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
