UTEC is currently seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager on a full-time, permanent basis for their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Working with an international survey company, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the effective planning and seamless execution of assigned projects while ensuring high QHSE standards, cost-effectiveness, and optimal utilization of available resources.




Duties/Responsibilities


- Ensure all work complies with the Company Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE standards


- Manage survey operations for marine offshore construction projects within the APME region, ensuring compliance with client specifications


- Maintain budget control, monitor project expenses, and provide monthly financial reporting, including profitability and forecasts


- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication on project scheduling, deliverables, and commercial variations


- Oversee data processing and reporting to meet project requirements and deadlines


- Collaborate with business development and tendering teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution


- Ensure optimal resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and service providers, while maintaining cost efficiency


- Conduct risk assessments, review project documentation, and ensure best business practices are followed


- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and sharing insights with senior management


- Promote company services and uphold compliance with anti-bribery, corruption policies, and QHSE standards




Requirements


- Minimum MS / BS degree in related field


- Minimum 10 years relevant experience within the offshore survey industry


- Experience executing and or managing vessel based geophysical / construction project is preferred
