Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to oversee our high-end fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

fit-out project execution, Abu Dhabi regulations, authority approvals (ADM, Civil Defense, ADDC, etc.), and local contracting procedures

. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and project coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution:

Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with project goals. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with

Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM)

,

Civil Defense

,

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC)

, and other relevant authorities.

Authority Approvals & Compliance:

Manage the submission and approval process with

ADM, Civil Defense, ADDC, Estidama, and other Abu Dhabi regulatory bodies

. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Liaise with consultants and government officials for permits, inspections, and approvals.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide regular project updates, addressing client concerns proactively. Ensure quality control and adherence to contractual obligations.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs and financial performance, ensuring projects stay within budget. Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for cost-effective solutions. Handle contract variations, claims, and change management.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and mentor project engineers, site managers, and other team members. Ensure proper manpower planning and resource allocation. Conduct progress meetings and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

.

10+ years of experience

in fit-out project management, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of

ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and Abu Dhabi authority approvals

. Experience managing

luxury interiors, corporate offices, F&B, and retail fit-outs

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools

. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
