This role requires a results-oriented individual who thrives in complex environments and is committed to upholding the highest standards of project delivery.Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the design, execution, and governance of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including internal leadership and external partners, to communicate project objectives, progress updates, and escalations, fostering alignment and clarity.
• Project Compliance and Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold project management methodologies, regulatory standards, and quality controls, ensuring each project meets compliance and performance benchmarks.
• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and obstacles, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project progression and effective resource allocation.
• People Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of project professionals, supporting their development and fostering a high-performance culture that encourages continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Eucation: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is essential.
