Randstad is working with a leading architectural design and engineering consultancy in the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale landscape & infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact in the infrastructure development sector.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
- Monitor project performance and progress, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in project delivery, and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and qualityRequirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field; PMP certification is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure design projects within the UAE or GCC region
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices
- Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative project solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesSalary:
