: Provides complete management and interface support from the operability and maintainability point of view on all aspects of project management, from conception to hand-over and ensure that assigned projects are completed to the required quality, schedule and cost and fulfill all the operability and maintainability requirements.To ensure that all of the services provided to Site are in line and according to best industry and company standards, practices and procedures.
Ensure of fulfilling all the operability and maintainability requirements in all projects/operation management and technical interface issues by doing the following:
A.) Identify internal and external projects/operation interface issues and their management, reporting, intervals and tools.
8.) Develop interfaces and scoping battery limits for various projects.
C.) Identify, highlight and help in solving newly created projects/operation interface issues by attending projects\' workshops and presentations, and by exchanging information.
D.) Supervise and manage projects/operation interfaces by defining interfaces scope of works and by organizing meetings to reach agreements.
E.) Provide inputs on projects/operation interface requirements on projects during the development of EPC SOW, tendering process, evaluation of bids for interface related SOW and provide clarifications during pre-award activities.
F.) Organize and attend interface issues related meetings with EPC Contractors as required.
G.) Monitor interfaces issues of EPC Contractors and also ensure that the interface data/information proved to the Contractors in timely manner.
H.) Assist Projects/Operation Interface Manager in arranging various workshops, studies and reviews and by reporting of their status.
I.) Monitor and Report the projects/operation interfaces\' status of various studies and workshops. J.) Develop and update excel based interface register at regular intervals for all
projects/operation interfaces defining: interface information requester, information issuer,
resolution plan, category, criticality, and timing.
K.) Report status on hot projects/operation interface issues at weekly and monthly reports and meetings.
L.) Supervise and lead team of Interface Engineers.
M.) Development and training of U.AE national assigned to the Interface function and also other
UAE nationals in projects\' teams on Interface issues.
