Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Experience:

7 to 10 years of experience in site engineering

UAE experience is mandatory

Salary:

AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 (Depending on experience)

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring seamless execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and meet quality and safety standards.

Manage and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement solutions efficiently.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project plans, local regulations, and safety guidelines.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of site engineering principles, construction processes, and project management.

Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Leadership and problem-solving skills to manage teams and handle project challenges.

Proficiency in construction software and project documentation management.

Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
