: High rise building experience in Dubai is very mandatory
1.Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
2.Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
3.Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.
4.Quality Control: Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
5.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, follow project deadlines
Qualifications
• Civil Engineering Design and Site Development skills
• Practical experience with CAD software.
• DM license preferable
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Engineers to be registered with relevant Dubai authorities related to construction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
